Description

Theta Chi is one of the oldest men’s college fraternities in North America. Founded in 1856, more than 178,000 members have enjoyed the Fraternity’s traditions, ideals and fellowship. Theta Chi is also proud to be the longest standing fraternities here at Ohio University founded in 1925. We live by our motto "An Assisting Hand" everyday by helping out our community, our college, and our brothers. We aspire to become better men everyday and to show true leadership within the Fraternity and around campus. We hold an annual philanthropy event that began in Spring Semester 2013 called G.I. Theta Chi which raises funds for the Wounded Warrior Foundation. We hope through the experiences gained through Theta Chi all of our members will become great leaders of tomorrow when they graduate.
